Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Arrivals after this time may be accepted only in exceptional situations, and must be arranged in advance.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
Minimum Stay and Pricing
Our online booking system automatically displays the minimum stay and corresponding prices based on the selected dates.
The usual minimum stay is two nights, though longer stays may be required during festive seasons, public holidays, and the summer period.
Occupancy Conditions
In houses with two bedrooms (up to 4 guests), reservations for 2 people include the use of one bedroom only.
If guests prefer not to share a double bed, they may choose the bedroom with two separate single beds at no extra cost.
However, if both bedrooms are used — meaning three beds in total — an additional charge equivalent to a third guest will apply.
How to Book
Reservations must be made exclusively through our website, our partner booking platforms, or affiliated travel agencies.
Booking Confirmation
Your reservation is only valid upon receipt of our confirmation email, or a confirmation document issued by the booking platform or travel agency.
Reservation Deposit
When booking directly through our website, a 50% deposit of the total stay cost is required at the time of booking, using our secure online payment system.
Bookings made via partners are subject to their own payment terms.
Remaining Payment
The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival. We accept cash, MB Way, credit card, or debit card (Multibanco).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before arrival: no refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival, or no-shows: the full amount of the stay will be charged.
- In case of partial cancellations (early departure), no refund will be issued.
Pets
Pets may be allowed upon prior request, and an additional fee will apply (to be confirmed upon approval).
Pet owners must ensure that:
- No damage is caused to indoor or outdoor property.
- Pets do not enter the swimming pools.
- Pets do not disturb or threaten other guests.
- All waste is cleaned and removed by the owner.
- Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, cushions, blankets, or any furniture.
Any damage found, even after check-out, will be charged to the guest, including repair or replacement costs.
Visitors and External Guests
- The presence of non-registered guests is not allowed.
- Exceptionally, and with prior approval from management, guests may receive visits from friends or family.
- During High Season, visits are strictly prohibited.
Use of Linens and Equipment
- Bed linens, towels, and blankets must not be used outside the house.
- Bath towels are not to be used at the swimming pool.
- The use of glasses, bottles, or any fragile objects (glass or porcelain) is strictly forbidden in and around the pool area.
